Two founders had vendors lined up and an investor demo in six weeks, but no product. They needed listings, availability, payments and a vendor dashboard.

03The solution
We cut the first release down to the booking loop. I built it on the MERN stack with Stripe payments and a Vue admin for vendors.
Weekly demos kept scope honest. The hand-over shipped with docs, a seeded staging environment and a roadmap for the next three releases.
